About our Board Members
Nick Hunseder, President
Nick moved to Clarkdale in 2004 after visiting for almost 20 years.
He joined the Clarkdale Foundation in November 2006, and was elected to the Treasurer's position at that time. In addition to his role with the Foundation, he also serves as Secretary for the Cottonwood Old Town Association, IT Director for a charter school, works as a project manager for a large corporation, is the webmaster for a Greyhound Rescue group (gpa-az.com) and runs his own business, Nick of Time Productions, LLC where he does web design, graphics, and computer consulting.

Henri moved to Clarkdale in the mid-1990s, after visiting for more than 10 years. Clarkdale and the Verde Valley are very special places to live. The Clarkdale Foundation attempts to make it even better. It is my honor to be a part of the Clarkdale Foundation and its efforts.
Jackie Nudd, Member
Jackie Nudd was born in Philadelphia, PA and lived most of her early life in the “Finger Lakes region” in Upstate New York. She graduated from Naples Central School in with a Regents diploma. She married and started a family. She has a daughter Kathleen and a son Sean. Kathleen and her two sons reside here in Cottonwood and her son still lives in Upstate New York.
Ms. Nudd has had a varied career, in accounting, marketing, real estate and as the first Executive Director of AIDS Rochester, Inc., N.Y. During her time as Executive Director she received the Jefferson Award recognizing her for her public service and several Woman of the Year awards for her community leadership. Ms. Nudd served as Co-Chairperson for the AIDS Project at the University of Rochester and was a contributing writer to the resource book, AIDS Health and Mental Health, Brunner/Mazel Publishers, New York, 1993.
Since coming to Arizona in 1991 she has been successful in real estate and in 1996 returned to school to acquire a degree in Paralegal Studies. Ms. Nudd closed out her working career as a paralegal for the Yavapai County Attorney’s Office in Camp Verde, where she was assigned to all major cases. Since her retirement in 2003, Ms Nudd has applied her legal skills and energy in community and not for profit organizations.
